About the Role:
Safe Splash Swim School in Montgomery Village, MD is looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to teaching water safety and swimming skills to students of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in students, parents, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about swim lessons and programs
- Process enrollments, schedule swim lessons, and manage class rosters
- Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support swim school staff with administrative tasks and daily operations as needed
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer programs
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families is a must
- Sales experience required
- Must speak Spanish
